LEGISLATION

Licitatie Online SRL operates in accordance with the current Romanian legal provisions, in this situation, applying the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as amending and supplementing certain normative acts.

RESPONSIBILITY

The Seller cannot be held responsible for any damages that the buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of fulfilling any of its obligations according to the order and for damages resulting from the use of the goods after delivery, especially for their loss.

DISPUTES AND CONFLICTS

Any conflict will be attempted to be resolved amicably through understanding between the two parties. If this is not possible, the provisions of Romanian law in this area will apply, and conflict resolution will be the competence of Romanian courts.

FINAL PROVISIONS

If any of the clauses above is found null or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses. By placing the order, purchasing the products, and signing the receipt of the parcel, the customer accepts without objection the
